Live True Sport

True Sport is a social Movement guided by a set of Principles for Sport, and a set of Principles for Communities. How you and your fellow athletes bring these principles to life is up to you. You are the Movement.

If you’re committed to True Sport Principles, you're probably already working hard, playing fair, and having fun. Is there more you can do to Live True Sport? This site is here to help you learn how other Canadians are bringing True Sport Principles to their own training, competitions, and communities.

Once your group has joined True Sport, your next steps will depend on where you are and what you're doing. Whether you're a boxing club on the East Coast, a high school in Nunavut, or a national team training for the world championships, you can help drive the True Sport Movement.
